Wild Nature Tours: Photo Workshops to some incredible destinations

Waterfalls of Western NC

October 6 thru October 10, 2010

November 3 thru November 7, 2010

May 4 thru May 8, 2011

With an average rainfall of more than 90 inches annually, the Southwestern part of North Carolina is THE rainiest region in the eastern US. With more than 250 waterfalls, Transylvania County has rightfully earned its unofficial title of “The Land of Waterfalls.”

The waterfalls of NC are some of the most spectacular in the nation. Providing a large variety of formations, waterflows and scenery, no two are alike, and each one presents it's own challenges and opportunities for composition and technique. With Juan's guidance, you will come back from this workshop having captured the best images you can and looking forward to coming back for more.

What sets our photo workshops apart

We believe that in order to truly enjoy your time and get the most out of a photography tour and/or workshop you need to have small groups.

The biggest advantage of having small groups is the flexibility they provide for customizing and adjusting both the schedule and agenda to suit the interests of the group while being able to maintain the flexibility required by the variable weather, location and water flow conditions.

“A wonderful experience to concentrate on photography totally for several days with others who have the same passion. Great location, weather and instruction made for an event I want to do again soon!”
